services environment, subject to strict security, audit and compliance
requirements. BA Digital Business graduate of FH Wien der WKW (June 2026).

## Work experience

### IT Delivery Junior (Software & DevOps Engineer) — Agile Delivery Compliance
**Raiffeisen Bank International AG** · Vienna, Austria · October 2025 – present

- Developed an LLM-powered entity research service using the Gemini API for automated adverse-media and risk profiling; integrated into production compliance workflows.
- Designed and built an automated enterprise-wide risk assessment tool that processes compliance data and generates structured Word and Excel reports, reducing manual reporting effort.
- Built a Kubernetes-native Root Cause Analysis service that ingests Grafana alerts and autonomously investigates incidents using LLM agents; extended it with a purpose-built Kanban board tool for AI-native development workflows.
- Led the deployment of a sanctions list management service across development, staging and production environments.
- Coached 4+ internal hackathons (2-day and 2-week formats) on AI-assisted development; co-developed a full compliance platform frontend (TypeScript/Angular) alongside the coached team.
- Coached a UI test automation hackathon: set up the end-to-end (E2E) testing infrastructure — Playwright test suites running in GitHub Actions against a sanctions screening platform's UI, with a custom dashboard visualising test results — now adopted and in active use by the team.
- Presented AI engineering work to internal audiences of ~500 across multiple online forums and company-wide events.
- Delivered hands-on AI tooling workshops covering IDE-integrated AI assistants, Jira integration via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent/skill definitions.
- Active contributor to the company-wide initiative to redesign the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) around AI-native practices, including architectural design input for a new internal AI coding platform.

### Working Student — Agile Delivery Compliance
**Raiffeisen Bank International AG** · Vienna, Austria · July 2024 – September 2025 · 20h/week

- Conceived and fully implemented a production AI platform (REST API, MCP server, Streamlit UI) for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance workflows — actively used by compliance officers.
- Built Python microservices: automated email extraction and analysis, adverse-media/web search, Databricks customer queries, and a Microsoft Graph API webhook for AI-driven email routing.
- Set up and maintained CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines (GitHub Actions, Kargo) and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments with Helm charts and Kustomize manifests.
- Introduced Secure-SDLC/DevSecOps practices (SAST/DAST — static and dynamic application security testing); containerised all services with Docker/Docker Compose.
- Provisioned and operated a PostgreSQL database on AWS RDS; monitored applications in Kubernetes and Databricks environments.
- Delivered technical solution presentations at internal workshops and cross-team forums.
- Supported operations for a sanctions screening platform: user provisioning, identity management approvals, Jira ticket handling.

### IT Infrastructure Engineer
**Self-employed** · Vienna, Austria · June – August 2023

- Provided infrastructure engineering for a 42 Vienna peer project — deployed and configured a Kubernetes cluster and Docker-based services for a vehicle fleet and contract management platform for a car rental company.

### Volunteer
**CEHRI — Centre for the Enforcement of Human Rights International** · Vienna, Austria · October 2020 – present

- Supporting event organisation and providing on-site IT support including hardware setup and computer configuration.

### Volunteer
**Kuratorium Wiener Pensionisten-Wohnhäuser** · Vienna, Austria · June – December 2020

- Organised on-site cultural events for elderly residents, including opera evenings; provided hospitality support.

### Extraordinary Civil Service (Zivildienst)
