## Who I am

I'm a software engineer in IT Delivery & AI Engineering at Raiffeisen Bank
International, based in Vienna, Austria. I work in the Agile Delivery Compliance
unit, where I design and build AI-powered systems that help compliance teams work
faster and more reliably — all within a highly regulated financial services
environment, subject to strict security, audit and compliance requirements.

My background spans backend engineering, DevSecOps, LLM integration and frontend
development. At the core of everything I build is a drive to automate — replacing
slow, manual processes with systems that are faster, more consistent and more
reliable.

Beyond building, I coach teams on AI-assisted development and contribute to
reshaping the software development lifecycle — making AI a native part of how
engineers work, not just a tool on the side.

## Selected work

### AI compliance platform
A production platform for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance workflows, built
end to end: REST API, Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and a Streamlit
interface. Used daily by compliance officers.

### LLM-powered root cause analysis
A Kubernetes-native service that ingests Grafana alerts and autonomously
investigates incidents using LLM agents, before a human engineer steps in.
Extended with a purpose-built Kanban board tool for AI-native development
workflows.

Automated adverse-media and risk profiling using the Gemini API, integrated into
production compliance workflows.

### Enterprise risk assessment engine
Processes compliance data and generates structured Word and Excel reports,
replacing manual reporting effort across the organisation.

### Hackathon coaching & AI-native SDLC
Coached 4+ internal hackathons — from a full compliance platform frontend to
Playwright UI test automation with a CI results dashboard, now in active use.
Contributing to a company-wide AI-native SDLC initiative and presenting results
to audiences of around 500 people.
