Who I am

I'm a software engineer in IT Delivery & AI Engineering at Raiffeisen Bank International, based in Vienna, Austria. I work in the Agile Delivery Compliance unit at RBI, where I design and build AI-powered systems that help compliance teams work faster and more reliably — all within a highly regulated financial services environment, subject to strict security, audit, and compliance requirements.

My background spans backend engineering, DevSecOps, LLM integration, and frontend development. At the core of everything I build is a drive to automate — replacing slow, manual processes with systems that are faster, more consistent, and more reliable.

Beyond building, I coach teams on AI-assisted development and contribute to reshaping the software development lifecycle — making AI a native part of how engineers work, not just a tool on the side.

Problem
KYC teams needed faster, more consistent entity screening.
Built
End-to-end system — REST API, MCP server, Streamlit UI — integrating LLMs for adverse-media search, email analysis, and customer data queries.
Outcome
Actively used in production by compliance officers daily.
AI-Native SDLC
Hackathon Coaching & SDLC Redesign
Problem
Teams needed to adopt agentic development but lacked hands-on guidance.
Built
Coached 4+ internal hackathons — from a full compliance platform frontend to Playwright UI test automation with a CI results dashboard, now in active use. Contributing to company-wide AI-native SDLC initiative.
Outcome
Multiple teams now ship with AI-assisted workflows. Presented results to ~500 people.
Intelligent Ops
LLM-Powered Root Cause Analysis
Problem
Kubernetes alert investigation was slow and manual.
Built
Tenant-aware RCA service that ingests Grafana alerts and autonomously investigates incidents using LLM agents.
Outcome
Reduces mean time to insight for on-call engineers.
